Residential Application

To begin the application process, please return/submit the form below, along with your non-refundable Application Fee, and a copy of your ID or passport. All applications must be received along with the Application Fee in order to be processed. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received.

The Application Fee is $100 per adult 18 years of age or older who will be residing in the home. This fee pays for a credit and background check. We are looking for a history of eviction and at credit (if an applicant has poor credit or a history of eviction, we may ask for an additional Security Deposit at lease signing.)

The Application Fee does not hold the unit from being shown to other interested parties. To hold the unit, we ask for a non-refundable deposit, equal to one month's rent. Once the lease is signed, this deposit transfers to become your Security Deposit.

Once your application is processed and accepted, we will provide you a copy of your lease for review and a lease signing date. First Month’s Rent, Last Month’s Rent & Security Deposit are due at signing to execute the lease.
