Commercial Application
To begin the application process, please return/submit the form below, along with:

A non-refundable Application Fee (The Application Fee is $150 per person who wishes to be listed on the lease).

A copy of your ID or passport (the form below includes a place to upload this)
Important Notes:

All applications must be received along with the Application Fee in order to be processed.

Applications are processed in the order in which they are received.

Application fees pay for credit check, background check, and administrative costs.

We are looking for a history of eviction and at credit. If an applicant has poor credit or a history of eviction, we may ask for an additional Security Deposit at lease signing.

The application fee does not hold the unit from being shown to other interested parties. To hold the unit, we ask for a non-refundable deposit, equal to one month's rent. Once the lease is signed, this deposit transfers to become your Security Deposit.

First Month’s Rent, Last Month’s Rent & Security Deposit are due at lease signing to execute the lease.

Once your application is processed and accepted, we will provide you a copy of your lease for review and a lease signing date. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Property Manager you are currently working with, or to our office at 772-801-5729 Ext 106.
**Wifi is not included for business purposes, only as a courtesy for customers/clients. Lease terms may vary, and are subject to change/negotiation. Businesses are required to have a license prior to opening for operation. For retail and commercial business 2% of gross sales is standard on our leases for certain shared marketing costs. Certificate Of Insurance and a liability insurance policy are required prior to opening for operation (see terms in lease for more info).
